Make up day requirements:
- Be currently enrolled in a class and tuition paid in full.
- Call and schedule your make up class prior to absence or within 1 week of absence.
- Makeup class needs to happen within one month of the missed class.
Gym Closure Makeup Policy: Holidays are taken into consideration when making our class schedule and calendar for each year. Therefore make-ups are provided for some holidays, but not for others. Tuition pays for 45 weeks worth of classes. This means you will receive 4 weeks of instruction on most months with the exception of December and August. Please see front desk for list of holidays.
*No make ups can be scheduled during the month of September.
*Tuition can not be prorated for missed classes, holiday closures, or emergency closures.
